For over a year now I have been developing a new short film entitled Sabers III. It’s been a long road, but it looks like the film is finally ready to enter production. So, what is Sabers III? Well, it’s the third entry (I bet you would’ve never guessed that) in a series of short films that I started in early 2005. While each movie shares the “Sabers” title, they actually don’t relate to each other plot-wise. With Sabers III we are hoping to improve on the forumla the first movie established.
Damain Winter, the DP for the project, has been working on some demo effects. Below are a few shots I would like to share. Keep in mind these photos were from an early location scout we were doing and don’t reflect what the final movie will look like.
